Hello, I’m Sucharita, a wife, a mother, and now a dedicated wellness coach. But before all of this, I was simply someone trying to keep up with life and losing myself in the process.
π Before Marriage: Health Wasn't a Priority
Like many young women, I never thought much about nutrition or self-care. I was energetic and active, and I assumed that would last forever. But things began to change after marriage.
π After Marriage: Life Took Over
Marriage brought joy, but also responsibilities. Between managing the home, work, and emotional stress, I slowly stopped caring for my own well-being. I began gaining weight, feeling tired, and my confidence started to drop. But I kept going, putting my family first and myself last.
π€° During Pregnancy: A Beautiful Yet Challenging Phase
Pregnancy was one of the most precious moments of my life, but it also brought significant physical and emotional changes. I gained more weight, had frequent fatigue, and faced several health discomforts. I knew I wanted to be a strong, energetic mom for my baby, but I didn’t know where to begin.
